Once there was a young prince who was fed up with his terrible lifestyle. He told himself that he would grab every chance to escape.
And so he did.
After following a buglar his life completely changed, not knowing that he and his friends are going to be responsible to save the world.

Camiel didn't only feel awkward about the fact that he was forced to crossdress again, but he also felt grossed out by how many men were 'flirting' with him. They had NO idea that he wasn't princess Vivi. What if one of them was going to do something weird and...? Find out that he's a boy? He tried not to think about it as people kept asking him to dance. Luckily Camiel loved to dance but after hours of dancing and dancing, getting compliments, getting hit on, he felt really tired. Too tired to be honest. Eventually he excused himself from the dancefloor and walked to the balcony, to get some fresh air, which he really needed.

Vivi also didn't feel way too happy about the fact that people like Camiel in a dress more than herself. She had no idea what to do if he'd find someone who she'd marry. Her father and his strange plans...She was even forced to wear male clothes...
Having the feeling of defeat the walked to Eve, Nanda, Natani and Said, wo were kind of talking with each other. She had her back to Camiel, so she couldn't see that he went to the balcony. "U-ugh...ehm.....a....are you enjoying this party?" She tried to be social, she really did but...

Eve was way too busy talking to other men to hear Vivi. Heck, he didn't know that there were gay men here! Isn't that stupid because the princess is the one who needs a partner, not Eve. He didn't take them too serious though. One of them even said that he knew all about Eve and his 'lovely' 'awesome' past! Gosh, the rumors these days.
There were only a few women on the party. Many of them were already married, so it was not a lot of fun for this poor man.

Nanda giggled at the poor poor princess who didn't win the spotlight. "Yeah yeah. The food's good!", she cheered. "And it's always funny to see Camiel in a dress." She poked Said with her elbow. "Don't ya think, mister~?" She catched him looking at the crossdressing boy all the time. He was probably jealous huh? Oh, romance~ "By the way, do you think he's okay tho?" Vivi looked surprised at the younger girl, not knowing what she was talking about. "Because he just went to the balcony. The poor dude's working too hard, huh?" A sad smile appeared on Nanda's face, but it went away quickly. "Hey Natani, let's get some more food, 'kay?" She grabbed the boy's hand and ran towards the table full with delicious food.

Saïd had seen the prince,or uh, well, 'princess' leave for the balcony too. He couldn't help but worry about him. This night hadn't exactly been spectacular for him, having to constantly watch all these gross men flirt and dance with Camiel. It was annoying for some reason. But he could imagine it had to be even worse for the prince himself.He excused himself from the company and made his way across the dancefloor, going over to the Balcony as well. He immediately saw Camiel (it wasn't that hard, his dress was pretty darn fancy and stood out). He was glad to see he was alone and none of the 'suitors' had followed him to the balcony. (kinda like he just did tho...) "Hey" he started "you still doing okay?"

Natani gladly wanted to get more food, but he was kind of getting a headache. Ever since he went blind, his other senses got way sharper, even more than they already were. and being able to sense the energy of all these people around him, he got too much information on such a short notice.He started feeling a bit dizzy and grabbed Nanda's arm. "Hey Nanda...?Why don't we just grab some food and get to somewhere a little less....busy...or something..." he gave her a small smile and held onto her arm.

Kai stood around watching the people dance. It was kind of a lovely sight...He was actually kind of bored to be honest.He had never been one for parties, let alone Royal ones. Eve was standing over there talking to some other guys. He'd join them but...unlike Eve, Kai was horrible in social situations like these. Even if he was there, he probably wouldn't even have the guts to open his mouth with all those strangers around him.

Camiel was so glad he was able to breath at his own for a second. It was a good thing that it was pretty cold outside, and windy. He wanted this to last forever, but that'd be inpossible. Suddely he heared a "hey". He had his back towards this man, so Camiel didn't know who it was first. Then the man started to talk again and he could hear that it was Saïd. "A-ah, hey!", Camiel responded, immediately turning around facing the older man. "Uh, yeah, I'm guess I'm okay..." Not being sure of his answer he scratched the back of his head. He was happy that he didn't have to wear a wig, or else it'd be even warmer for him. "And you? Are you enjoying this party?"

Nanda didn't want to go away from the dancefloor and foodtables at all. But she knew that he wasn't feeling so great, so if she'd stay here with him any longer he'd probably puke. That'd be....gross. "Ugh, fiiiiine.", she told him, rolling her eyes. She grabbed some food and quickly went to a balcony, other than the one where Camiel and Saïd were standing. "Heh, are you not used being at a party like this?" She giggled at the poor sick boy.

Vivi also wasn't social like Eve. She saw that Kai was simply standing there, staring at people. Maybe she should talk to him? She got a big closer but the closer she got the more nervous she became so in the end she was just standing there, drinking an alcoholic-free drink. Lame.

"Must be annoying having to dance with all those people..." Saïd smiled as he walked over to the railing and leaned over it. It was kind of chilly outside, in contrast to the warm and crowded dance hall. His breath left white puffs in the cold and dark air. He liked it here a lot more than inside.He considered just staying out here for the rest of the night, there wasn't much to see on the dancefloor anyway.

Natani softly thanked Nanda as they went outside. He flinched at the cold air. "woah, it's kinda cold isn't it?" He smiled "I guess you could say that, I love hanging out with people! But this is a little too much, hehe..."

Kai didn't even notice Vivi standing closer to him until a little later. He saw her standing alone and also just looking at the crowd a little...She seemed nice and...not as intimidating as those other guys Eve was talking to. He eventually got himself to talk to her. "So uh, hey...you having fun?" He said with an unsteady voice. Smooth.

"Y-yeah....kinda?, Camiel kind of admitted. "There isn't really a thing I can do about it, though. I should go inside soon and choose myself a husband....for Vivi." He let out a frustrated sigh, not wanting to continue this for much longer. "If I could choose my partner it would be way easier.", he mumbled, almost not hearable, so he hoped. That must have sounded really...weird. Soon another person also came on the balcony, being surprised to see the 'princess' here with another person. "Ah, oops, um, I'm sorry Vivi. I just wanted to say hi.", he told the 'princess', who just looked up in surprise. He was wearing a purple tie. Vivi told Camiel about someone she really liked. "Oh, Alan?" Camiel set up his 'act' again, smiling at the person in front of him. So....this is the person Vivi likes, huh? That's easy, right?

Nanda also brought a drink along, because hey, drinks are good for your soul. She listened to the kid, giggling softly. "Heh, I see. Well, but do remember I'm not here to babysit you~" She patted him on the head. "Ooooh, what you'd do without me~" She was bored now, so why not annoy the little fellah, like she used to?

Vivi was pretty surprised that someone wanted to talk to her. It was Kai! What would she say? "U-umh.....not really." Shit, maybe she shouldn't be this honest? But she was really bored. And did it look like she was having fun? In her opinion she didn't. Hopefully she didn't sound mean towards him. He seemed nice....

Saïd suddenly heard a voice call out to the 'princess'. He turned around, he hadn't ever seen him before, but apparently Camiel had, because he recognized him. Alan? Hmm, he'd never heard of him before. Was it someone he'd met at this party then? Oh well it didn't really matter. He didn't look like those other guys inside, constantly wanting to pawn the princess so they could marry her and become royalty.This guy looked kinda different from them, in a way.

"Hey! I know that!" Natani's voice cracked as he protested. "I don't need you to babysit me, I just don't like being alone, it's stupid." He pouted, crossing his arms over his chest. He was wearing a shirt for once. And a vest too, pretty darn fancy. The outfit looked kind of childish though, but it's not like he picked it himself. (would've been kinda hard, being blind and all) The maids of the castle had forced him into this one, saying that he needed to look 'decent' if he was going to attend the party. Eli had to stay in his guest room too, he really wanted to bring her along to the party, but the animal probably would've thrown quite a few party goers off.

Kai cleared his throat awkwardly. "Well...why not? It's your party right?" He looked at her. "I mean...sorta..." Wow A+ conversation. He shifted a bit, sipping from his drink.

Camiel and this Alan person started to talk for a bit. The young man seemed kind of shy suddenly, admitting that he would never expect 'her' to be this pretty. Not that she wasn't pretty before, he quickly corrected. Camiel found him funny. It was emberassing for him to 'flirt' with another man, but did he even have another choice?

Nanda started to laugh in response. "Wow, you're such a baaaby~", she teased him, poking his cheek. "Heck, you even have baby soft cheeks!" She put both hands on his cheek, softly pressing them against them. That sight looked very funny in Nanda's eyes. He couldn't even do anything back, since he's blind and all, right? Even if he could, it probably won't be...very effective.

"Heh. So that's why you always take Eli everywhere? Because you hate being alone? It's not like tigers can talk, dummy~"

Vivi felt incredibly upset after hearing that. Well, that dude sure didn't know how to have a conversation either, huh? She decided to say nothing. She pouted instead, crossing her arms, not daring to look Kai in the face.

Her party? Really? She was bored as hell. Camiel had to be 'her' because she sucked even at being a nice princess and getting herself a man. Oh boy, how she begged her cousin mentally to choose a good husband...

Saïd decided not to interrupt the two and turned himself to the huge front garden of the castle,leaning on the balcony. The view was quite nice. Thinking back on how he was still trying to flee his homeland months ago..He would've never imagined himself here now. Not that he was complaining. He was actually very happy he'd met Camiel and Nanda on that day...

"Well duh" Natani tried to talk as Nanda was still holding his face. "Ofcourshe tshey don't, but me and Eli understand eac" It must've sounded crazy to the girl, but he was saying the truth. The boy had a strange bond with the huge animal. Even though he knew she didn't understand what he was saying when he talked, he knew she understood what he meant by it. Not too surprising when you think of how they practically grew up together.He tried to break free from Nanda's hands (and failed).s (and failed).
